Assistance from/to the passport control 

BRONZE SERVICE | ARRIVAL

 

The guest will be greeted by a VIP steward carrying a sign with the guest or client’s name before the passport control.

Under the guidance of an experienced steward passport control will be expedited with a VIP designated lane.

Assistance with luggage identification and collection.

After clearing the customs, the guest will be escorted to the meeting point with the hosts.

Transportation to any destination in a luxury VIP car with a private driver. (extra charge) .

 

BRONZE SERVICE | DEPARTURE

 Transportation from the hotel in a luxury air-conditioned VIP car (extra charge).

Reception with a VIP CLUB steward, at the entrance to the airport’s departure hall, and assistance with the luggage.

Expedited security screening and check-in at the airport.

Use of the VIP lane for handbag security check.

Expedited passage through passport control.

And a farewell after passport control. 

 

SILVER SERVICE

SILVER SERVICE | ARRIVAL

 The guest will be greeted by a VIP steward, carrying a sign with the name of the client or guest, at the exit of the aircraft.

Driven to passport control in a luxury VIP car.

Under the guidance of an experienced steward passport control will be expedited with a VIP designated lane.

Assistance with luggage identification and collection.

After clearing the customs, the guest will be escorted to the meeting point with the hosts.

Transportation to any destination in a luxury VIP car with a private driver. extra charge) 

 

SILVER SERVICE | DEPARTURE 

 Transportation from the hotel or from any other location in a luxury air-conditioned VIP car (extra charge).

Reception with a VIP CLUB steward, at the entrance to the airport’s departure hall, and assistance with the luggage.

Expedited security screening and check-in at the airport.

Use of the VIP lane for handbag security check.

Expedited passage through passport control.

Assistance with VAT returns if needed.

Escorting to the boarding gate.

The steward will escort the guest / s to the boarding gate, through the duty-free area and straight to the aircraft gate.

 

GOLD SERVICE

Assistance from the airplane+ VIP Lounge

 The guest will be greeted by a VIP steward, carrying a sign with the name of the client or guest, at the exit of the aircraft.

Driven to passport control in a luxury VIP car.

Under the guidance of an experienced steward passport control will be expedited with a VIP designated lane.

The guest will be escorted directly to the VIP  Lounge, foregoing the baggage claim area.

At the VIP lounge, the guests can enjoy light refreshments and beverages.

While the visitor is relaxing in the lounge, our VIP steward will take care of the baggage collection and its delivery to the guest.

The VIP lounge is also a convenient setting for greeting the guest in a personal and dignified manner, as well as use of office facilities.

At the end of all the necessary procedures, a VIP representative will load the luggage in the waiting luxury air-conditioned car that will drive the visitor to any chosen destination in the country (extra charge).

PLATINUM SERVICE | ARRIVAL

( Business Lounge)

 

The guest will be greeted by a VIP steward, carrying a sign with the name of the client or guest, at the exit of the aircraft.

Driven in a luxury VIP car to the VIP Lounge.

At the VIP lounge, the guests can enjoy light refreshments and beverages.

While the visitor is relaxing in the lounge, our VIP steward will take care of the passport control at a special counter in the Lounge.

Our VIP steward will collect the luggage and deliver it to the guest at the VIP lounge.

The VIP lounge is also a convenient setting for greeting the guest in a personal and dignified way, as well as use of office facilities.

At the end of all the necessary procedures, our VIP steward will load the luggage in the waiting luxury air-conditioned car that will drive the visitor to any chosen destination in the country (extra charge).

 

PLATINUM SERVICE

Assistance in the vip lounge arrival and departure

( VIP Lounge) 

• Persons accompanying the guest may join the guest in the lounge until the departure.
• In the meantime a VIP steward will complete the check-in and luggage procedures.
• A VIP steward will greet the guest at the entrance to the lounge.
• Transportation from the hotel or from any other location in a luxury air-conditioned VIP car.
• Private security check and passport control at the lounge.
• During the stay at the lounge the guest may enjoy the refreshments, hot or cold beverages and use of the office facilities.
• Transportation to the aircraft in a luxury and air-conditioned car and assistance with boarding or escorted to the duty free area (according to the guest’s desires).
